The adaptability and fluid nature of Living Memories resonates with the world living through so many unknowns and having to respond quickly and fluidly. The work highlights the need to come together, learn from the experience, and be prepared to adapt quickly and effectively for the next pandemic crisis- so we can save more lives.
We are launching Living Memories on Sunday, September 17th, in Central Park as part of the “Walk the Talk Health for All Challenge” and to draw attention to the #PandemicAccord that countries of the world are now negotiating to prevent a repeat of COVID-19.
This event coincides with the opening of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

The #PandemicAccord promotes:

Better preparedness for pandemics
Better prevention of pandemics
Better and fairer pandemic response

across 194 countries
